DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages, unfortunately, do occur on the occasion whilst in transit. Any damage should be reported as soon as possible by emailing us within 24 hours at hello@wild-haus.com. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof along with the receipt of purchase. Please also retain the original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged product.
If your return is accepted, we will endeavour to repair or replace the product and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Please make your choice carefully when ordering. A purchase agreement is concluded when Wild-Haus has confirmed the customer’s order and the customer has received an order confirmation from Wild-Haus via email. We do not offer refunds or accept returns based on a change of mind. Our products are made to order with custom design, size and framing options; we are unable to return these items back into stock and resell them as our policy is ‘made to order’, and we do have warehousing facilities to keep excess stock.
