ART MADE TO ORDER & MADE WITH WILD-HAUS LOVE

SHIPPING
We’re proud to say that all of our prints are custom made in Australia to suit your specifications, and as such, production times vary. Artworks are packaged securely and shipped via our trusted courier partners.

UNFRAMED PRINTS ONLY
FREE SHIPPING on all art prints in Australia! Unframed prints will be dispatched next day or within 48 hours from the placement of your order on business days.
In the event that Wild-Haus receives an item back due to an incorrect shipping address by the purchaser, a fee will be incured to re-send the item back to the correct address.
FRAMED PRINTS
Framed prints are made to order, produced and manufactured in Australia and framed in our studio, so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping of framed prints within Australia is a flat rate of $19.95 per print*. If you are purchasing multiple framed prints we will endeavour to bulk pack your order however this depends on the final weight as to how many we can ship together and for the safety of the product. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delays in shipping for framed prints are not our responsibility. We aim to complete your order within our set timeframe, however due to some circumstances and couriers, there may be the occasional delay.
Production times vary between unframed and framed products, which means that some of the items in your order may arrive separately. 
We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All art prints are shipped rolled up in a Wild-Haus custom mailer tube. Your product will be fully tracked and you will be updated upon its dispatch. In the event that duties and taxes are specific to your country it is the responsibility of the recipient. Currently we do not ship framed art outside of Australia.
Wild-Haus is not responsible for shipping delays which may occur in the event that there are unforscene circumstances which delays the dispatch of the product. We will contact you via email if a delay occurs during the production of your order.
Wild-Haus is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of third party courier companies or international customs.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
We will keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, you can track your order through the confirmation email we send you with your tracking info + carrier information.
REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages unfortunately do occur on the occasion whilst in transit. Any damage should be reported as soon as possible by emailing us within 24 hours at help@wild-haus.com. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof along with the receipt of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please also retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged product.
If your return is accepted, we will endeavour to repair or replace the product and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Please make your choice carefully when ordering. A purchase agreement is concluded when Wild-Haus has confirmed the customer’s order and the customer has received an order confirmation from Wild-Haus via email. We do not offer refunds or accept returns based on a change of mind or choosing the incorrect size product. All of our products are made to order with custom design, size and framing options; we are unable to return these items back into stock and resell them as our policy is ‘made to order’, and we do have warehousing facilities to keep excess stock.

PLEASE NOTE:Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
ORDERS & CONTENT
Wild-Haus will have no liability in the case of typographical errors on the website. e.g. errors in the product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments (including changed prices from suppliers, or a change in currencies). Wild-Haus holds the right to rectify any such errors and update the information. In this event, Wild-Haus will make every effort to contact the customer and obtain the customers approval of the amended price prior to dispatching the order.
COPYRIGHT
The Wild-Haus website and all its content is owned and subject to copyrighty by Wild-Haus or its licensors. Including and not limited to images, graphics, illustrations, design, layout and information about products, and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Wild-Haus Australia.
TERMS OF SALE
The customer acknowledges that to place an order through the Wild-Haus website, the customer must accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale [T&C’s]. By accepting such T&C’s the Customer accepts and acknowledges that they have read the information in full relating to such T&C’s, privacy policies, website usage [cookies] and consents to use according to Wild-Haus’s policies set out here.

CUSTOMER DETAILS
When the Customer places an order or registers a user account, the Customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about the processing of personal data is displayed in Wild-Haus’s privacy policy

PROMOTIONS, GIVEAWAYS & SALE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about our sales and promotions.

Promotions, giveaways, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates, quantity offered, limited times and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.

If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received. Please be careful to add your promotional code when checking out, so you don’t miss out!

Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only and available to Australian residents only.

Unless specified, promotions do not apply to gift vouchers or pre-order items.

Promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services.

Promotion, Giveaways or Sale items are NOT eligible for ‘change of mind’ returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
