WILD-HAUS FINE ART PRINTS 
All Wild-Haus products are made to order in our studio.

PAPER 
We use bright white, archival-quality, premium heavyweight matte paper stock for a fine art grade finish.

PRINTING & INK 
Professionally printed with the latest advancement in digital print technology. Using Ultrachrome Pro 12 colour inks which are archival quality aqueous (water-based) and all-pigment. This formulation provides an extended gamut with superior colour accuracy producing the highest quality beautiful art pieces making that look that you love in your home.

DELIVERY
We wrap your print for protection, then roll and place in a custom Wild-Haus mailing tube.

AUTHENTICITY 
Wild-Haus prints are branded on the back with a stamp of authenticity.
Wild-Haus professionally frames all prints in-house using sustainably sourced solid timber and quality materials, delivered to you and ready to hang. 

FRAME SPECS

We use a contemporary timber frame available in black matte, white or natural oak.  Your print is protected by a 2-3mm thick superior grade acrylic (thickness based on the size of the frame) which provides 94% UV resistance, is optical grade, extremely durable and light which is great for shipping. 

The frame width on the front edge is 20mm with a depth of between 20-40mm depending on the size of the frame. The larger the frame the deeper the mould.

The production time on framing is 7-10 days from ordering in any normal circumstances. We will email you when your print has been dispatched with tracking details.
WHAT DOES ADD WHITE BORDER MEAN?

Adding a white border will place a white border around your print. It will not make your selection size any larger. Say you pick an A2 size print. The final size of that print will be A2, including a white border around the print. So the actual size of the image gets smaller.

White borders are user-specific, people like them as they add a stylish look to your print. Some prints look better without. It’s up to your personal preference.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
We're proud to say that all of our prints are custom made in Australia to suit your specifications, and as such, production times vary. Prints only will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Framed prints may take between 10-15 business days until they are ready for shipping.

SHIPPING
Artworks are packaged securely and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 1-4 days for metro and longer for rural or overseas.

FRAMED PRINTS
Shipping of framed prints within Australia is a flat rate of $19.95 per print.
If you are purchasing multiple framed prints we will endeavour to bulk pack your order however this depends on the final weight as to how many we can ship together and for the safety of the product.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note framed prints cannot be delivered to Post Office Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All art prints are shipped at a flat rate of AU $19.95 (shipped rolled up in a Wild-Haus custom mailer tube).
Please note: currently we do not ship framed art outside of Australia.
